Change or Reset Your Password
- Must be at least 12-16 characters in length
- Must include an UPPERCASE or lowercase character
- Number (0-9)
- Must include at least one special character: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)
- Cannot reuse a previous password
- Cannot contain your User ID, name, or a dictionary word
- Passphrases are recommended
- MFA is required
- Passwords must be stored in an encrypted and approved password manager
- Passwords must NOT be stored in applications not intended for password storage
- This includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Notepad, Outlook Notes, etc.
Change Password
If you know your password and can use it to log into your account, you can change your password at the link below. Please allow 20 minutes for your password to sync across systems and devices. During the sync process, you may be prompted to enter your new password on your computer or mobile device. You can also type CTRL+ALT+DEL and select "Change a password" while logged into your work device.
Reset Password
If you don't remember your password, or it isn't working, reset it using the link below. You will be asked some questions to confirm your identity.
